On-the-Go Meals: Spinach Salad

As you may know, it can be so hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle when you’re constantly on the go, like me! So, I have a couple of go-to, tried and true recipes that I lean on when I’m on the move. Below is a simple, fresh spinach salad recipe that you can pull together in minutes with basic ingredients from your pantry and fridge! Ingredients 2 cups, fresh spinach leaves 2-4 ounces each, fresh veggies – bell peppers, carrots, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. Hint: any veggi
